BICSI hosted another successful conference earlier this month at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada and I’m happy to say that I was a part of it. I know the old adage that what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas. But for the purposes of this post, I will break the rules and fill you in on exactly what took place.

The opening keynote featured Ken Schmidt, who spent over 12 years helping Harley Davidson build its brand reputation. He explained that “marketing yourself or your business shouldn’t be done in a rational or logical manner, because unless it’s a life or death decision – we don’t think with logic.
