As we’ve stated on this site previously many companies and magazines in our data networking industry are launching blogs and other social media sites with RSS feeds and podcasts. Many of these sites allow you to voice your thoughts and opinions as well. I wanted to take a minute and highlight some well-written sites that are worth checking out.

• Telephony 2.0: Telephony magazine launched a blog focusing on the intersection of Web 2.0-style technologies and telecom services. The site tracks the latest trends and breaking news while allowing you to chime in and voice your opinion.

• Industrial Ethernet Book: Focusing on the industrial Ethernet market, this magazine has launched a nice site keeping you up-to-date on the latest trends and news releases from the industrial networking community

• Network World Blogs: Network World magazine has dedicated a portion of their site to a variety of blog authors writing about multiple topics related to the world of networking.

• Data Center Journal: For those of you looking to keep up with the latest in data center news and trends, The Data Center Journal has re-launched their website to include many new features including My Data Center Space. This portal includes many social media features including video and blogs.

• Communication News: Communication News magazine recently launched enhancements to their website that include an extensive white paper library, up-to-date industry news, and two industry related blogs.
